            Kidney Stone aka Renal stone aka Nephrolithiasis is a common problem in the society and is now having a rise in its incidence. So I wanted to create some awareness on the causes of kidney stones by that way I could sit at my home and prevent someone's kidney stone from happening. Not only that, I am also preventing them from having unbearable pain, as well as preventing them from a small financial crisis. I am helping them all the way by just sitting at my home. How amazing is that??? So lets quickly see the causes of kidney stone   1) Low fluid intake - if you are taking less liquids then your urine becomes concentrated. so the chances of urine salts to get dissolved is less. so stay hydrated 2) Drugs causing kidney stones - theophylline, loop diuretics, probenazid etc.  3) Diet with high sodium - if you take a high sodium diet, then the calcium in urine does not reabsorb in to the body well. so there is a build up of calcium...
